Description
This free download includes 40 proposed Constitutional amendments I plan to send to the Called Convention of States when it is ready for suggestions. I started working on the problems of American Federal Government when Harry Reid was doing his best for the Democratic Party in the Senate. I believed he would start a movement for a Called Convention of States as provided in the Constitution and that is in progress. Last I heard 14 states wanted one
After eight years of study, I put my unfinished work copy, “Suggesting a Second Bill of Rights for a Called Convention of States”, on the internet as a free download and two years later completed my study and updated the work copy. At the end of it, there is a short bio of this writer, if you want one, but did not include one on this document. It did not seem appropriate.
Once my work was completed, I started writing the actual suggested and proposed Constitutional Amendments in this document. These forty [40] are my finished work available to you in a free down load. When the Called Convention is accepting suggestions, I will email them these forty.
With more than fifty years since the last basic governmental change [600 + months] and divided government with kick-the-can down the road Congresses little has been done. Daily we slide down the rabbit hole into the end of the American Republic dream, maximum freedom and minimum governmental interference, that made our nation the richest land in the world. Are we at the point that if we do nothing, the American dream fades quickly away into maximum socialistic controlled governmental [ruled by orchestrated elections of a political bureau] that has blessed so many countries with unending bountiful poverty?
